To save you a second email
A few details up front usually means we can sort things out in one reply:
- Something arrived wrong or damaged — your order number and a photograph. Please send it within 48 hours of delivery if the parcel itself was damaged.
- A question before buying — tell us what you plan to use it for. Chandan for tilak and chandan for skin are the same jar but not the same advice.
- Bulk or temple orders — what you need, roughly how much, and your delivery city.
- Stocking Mahvika — your shop name and where you are.
Where is my order?
Tracking details are emailed and texted the moment your parcel is dispatched, and you can check status any time from your account. If nothing has moved for three days, write to us — we will chase the courier ourselves rather than send you to do it.
Returns
Raise it within 5 days of delivery. Because these are consumable products, we can only take back items that are unopened with the seal intact — or anything that arrived damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered. That last category is on us, and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Bulk and temple supply
We supply temples, community kitchens, wedding planners and gifting programmes. Tell us what you need and we will come back with pricing rather than a form.
