Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping is available to selected countries on orders above the minimum value shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, on working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier backlogs are outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹499 and above: Free shipping across India
• Orders below ₹499: ₹100 flat
• International orders: Calculated at checkout. A minimum order value applies.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes across India. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also view order status in your account.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts, or delivery was refused, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and email hello@mahvika.com within 48 hours.

International Orders — Customs and Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some of our products, including camphor, may be restricted in certain countries. Please check your local import rules before ordering. We cannot refund orders seized or returned by customs.
